Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what information Eldenhall Research LLC collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum necessary to deliver the evaluation service, and we do not sell personal information.

2. Information we collect

  • Order details: your full name and email address, provided before checkout.
  • Payment records: payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and invoice details, never your card number.
  • Manuscript files: your manuscript and optional supplementary files, uploaded by you after checkout through your secure account.
  • Account activity: order history, uploaded files, evaluation status, and support messages within your dashboard.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your client account.
  • To conduct the manuscript evaluation you purchased.
  • To communicate with you about your order: account activation, status updates, report delivery, and support.
  • To issue receipts and maintain required financial records.

We do not use your manuscript for any purpose other than your evaluation. We do not use client manuscripts to train AI models, and we do not share them with third parties beyond the assigned review panel.

4. Manuscript confidentiality

  • Manuscripts are stored in secure, access-controlled storage and transmitted over encrypted connections.
  • Access is limited to the independent reviewers assigned to your evaluation and the staff administering it, all under confidentiality obligations.
  • Our workflow is NDA-ready. Contact us before ordering if your institution requires a signed NDA.

5. Data retention

Manuscript files and evaluation reports remain available in your dashboard so you can access them when you need them. You may request deletion of your manuscript files at any time after your report is delivered. We retain order and invoice records as required by law.

6. Third-party processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and service: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and secure cloud hosting. Each processes data only on our instructions and under its own security obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable period and honor applicable legal rights, including those under US state privacy laws.

8. Cookies, analytics, and your choices

We use essential cookies to operate the site (for example, to keep you signed in), and analytics and advertising cookies (including third-party advertising pixels) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

You can opt out of this analytics and advertising activity at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser, and you can control or clear cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
